All participants have to send the designs both in softcopy and hardcopy file with detail requirements as follow:

Soft copy:

1. Fill in registration form here (available at www.furnituredesigncompetition.com).
2. You will receive confirmation e-mail with your registration number. Please use your registration number and your name as subject on your e-mail for sending your soft copy.
3. Send your e-mail to afdc@aqsaliving.com (state subject using your registration number).
4. Submit the design in 4 different perspectives views (left side, right side, front side, and/or other detail view for an extra value of the design) in the form of 3D pictures and/or scanned hand sketch. Please refer the template for your work entries by downloading the template on our website.

- State your concept in few sentences.
- Format only JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group) file is required. More than 3 files, compress them in zip format.
- Minimum graphics resolution is 300 dpi.
- Required size of graphics is 1600 x 1200 (pixels).

Hard copy:

1. Fill in the application form, print out, and send it together with color photos refer to template available at http://www.furnituredesigncompetition.com. Photos can be 3D drawing and/or scanned hand sketch.
2. Each designer can submit more than one entry with different registration number. Clip each entry refer to its registration number to identify.
3. The applicant is prohibited to use any letters or signs which indicate the identity of the applicant on the front side of photos.
4. The photos or print materials of applicants will not be sent back.
